SENIOR 3
AGES: 14 & OVER (HIGH SCHOOL)
Daily Training: 3 hours, 8 - 9 sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior 3 train to compete at the highest levels and represent ALTO at the most competitive meets in the United States.
Time Goals: National AAA, AAAA, Sectionals, Junior Nationals.
Equipment: Team Equipment Page.
SENIOR 2
AGES: 14 & OVER (HIGH SCHOOL)
Daily Training: 3 hours, 7 - 8 sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior 2 train to compete at the highest levels and represent ALTO at the most competitive meets in the United States.
Time Goals: National AAA, AAAA, Sectionals, Junior Nationals.

SENIOR 1
AGES: 12-14 (MIDDLE SCHOOL)
Daily Training: 2.25+ hours, 6 - 8 sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior 1 train to compete at the highest levels and represent Alto at the most competitive meets in the United States.
Time Goals: National AAA, AAAA, Sectionals, Junior Nationals.

SENIOR PREP
AGES: 13 AND OVER (MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL)
Daily Training: 2 hours, 5+ sessions / week.
Group: Swimmers in Senior Prep focuses on developing excellent strength, power, speed, and endurance and improve technique and efficiency in the competitive strokes while representing Alto locally and at travel meets.
Time Goals: National B, BB, A+, Age Group Championships, Far Westerns, Sectionals.

Strength & conditioning
Comprehensive dryland training includes strength building, athletic development, Yoga and mobility for swimmers.
team travel
Swimmers travel locally, nationally and internationally to compete. Group Training Camps are scheduled 2-3 times per year.
GROUP EVENTS
Team building, group activities and social events bring swimmers, coaches and families together.
COMMUNITY servicE
Alto develops community-minded individuals and gives back through swimmer-lead community service projects.
