Coach Michael: Bringing New Ideas and Enthusiasm

Happy Birthday, Coach Michael!

Today we celebrate Coach Michael Sheppard’s birthday. We are so grateful to have Coach Michael as part of the Alto family and are thrilled that he chose to join us. Since arriving in January, Coach Michael has already made a big impact! His passion for swimming and dedication to our athletes is evident in everything he does.

Coach Michael has quickly connected with swimmers, and his ability to inspire while setting high expectations has helped continue to elevate our training environment on the team. His approach not only pushes swimmers to achieve their personal best but also motivates them to rise to challenges and embrace the hard work it takes to improve. Coach Michael’s positive influence has already helped propel his groups to new heights, including some awesome racing at the Lost Dutchman Invitational and new additions to our Age Group Championships roster!

We are so thankful for Coach Michael’s energy, commitment, and the heart he brings to Alto. We look forward to the continued growth and success that lies ahead with Coach Michael on the team!
